It’s been another busy one, and here’s a quick breakdown of what we’ve been up to this week:

  • One of our production teams has left the UK and is currently filming at Lake Como in Italy, producing the biggest video we’ve ever created as a company. We’re all very, very jealous here in the studio.

  • We’ve just signed, and have started working with three very exciting new brands, including CanO Water, Sporttape, and one we can’t disclose just yet. It seems things are getting incredibly busy here!

  • Anna, our in-house Videographer, sifted 4,568 photos into a final set of 100 to deliver to another recent client of ours, Starrett. Check out the quick video we made here of the process.

Creating a series of Frequently Asked Question videos has never been easier, and should be a priority on your marketing to-do list for the next few months.

Here’s a quick breakdown of everything you need to know about creating FAQ videos for your website:

  • Length: 15-30 seconds long.

  • Platform: Your website.

  • Number Of Videos: Include your 5-10 most asked questions.

  • Tone Of Voice: Short, to-the-point answers that give your viewer the essentials they need to know.

  • Production Style: Premium, but not perfect (These don’t need to blow people’s socks off!).

  • Who: The business owner, or main contact your customer would be talking with throughout the process.

So, what questions should you be answering in your videos? Well, this depends on what you do.

The most common questions across every business will look a little something like this:

  • “What services do you offer?”

  • “How much do you charge?”

  • “How long does it take?”

Yours will be different and could vary from “How long does shipping take from the US to the UK?" all the way through to “What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase after signing up for a 12-month subscription?”. Again, we’d recommend researching these questions in detail to make sure you’re investing time in creating videos for the most frequent questions you get asked.
